• My facial was amazing, and my pedicure was outstanding. To be clear: my services were exceptional in every way. However, the young woman at the front desk was, in my opinion, not well suited to the job. Her customer services skills were sorely lacking - not only with me, but as I overheard her on the phone with other customers, it was quite apparent she did not know what she was doing, nor was she good at it. I've been coming regularly to J Lounge for over a decade. I refer my friends. So when customer service is lacking, it's an unexpected, jarring, and unpleasant experience. Had I been a new customer, interacting with the front desk person for the first time? I likely would not have returned. Please think twice about who you hire to be the person a customer interacts with when scheduling, checking in, and checking out. It can sour the entire experience.
