JJ Eyelashes - City Place

Another wonderful experience here. I haven't gotten lash extensions since before the pandemic hit, so I was a bit nervous about going back. I made my appointment online, which I recommend doing ASAP. They book up super quick and only had three appointments left for the week when I booked on a Wednesday.

Upon entering the salon, they greet you warmly, take your temperature, and have you sign a COVID waiver. What I loved was that even though I hadn't been here in over two years, they had the length and style of the lash extensions I had gotten previously so I could get that again.

Joyce was my technician and she was an absolute sweetheart. I love how extensions look but I have a hard time sitting still for so long. However Joyce has such a light touch that I didn't mind at all. They also now give a wonderful complimentary foot massage while you're getting your service done - ultimate relaxation!

The only thing that bothered me was that I called in advance to see if they accepted tips on the card because I don't normally carry cash on me and they had said that was fine. However when I went to pay, they charged my card for the service and after I asked if I could tip on the card they told me that I could use the ATM. Luckily I had some cash so I just did that. Maybe it was because they didn't want to ring through another transaction, but that's just something to be aware of if you come here.

Store is clean and technicians there are kind. And most of all my eyes are not burning after it's done. Thanks

This studio is definitely PRICEY, but to me the results are so worth it! I absolutely love my lashes every time I come here, and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. I always get the Diamond set, and the results are always so natural. Jessica was my favorite tech but she doesn't work there anymore unfortunately :( I'm moving out of state so I won't be able to come here anymore sadly

This is the best eyelash place I have been to. Jenny is amazing and does a great job each and every time. I highly recommend.

Very professional and clean environment. Luisa is a very patient and gentle technician. I'd highly recommend this salon for lashes. My lashes last for two weeks before even one falls off.

I highly recommend this place. Their lashes felt more natural than the previous place I went to.

Unfortunately, after a second time doing lashes, I am a picker. I will pick at my own lashes and all will fall out before the 2 week mark.

I have never been disappointed with the quality of my lashes and I love that you can use their Groupon deal every 6mths!!

I am back today for my 4th time at JJ eye lashes. I love what a great job Suzie does on my lashes. Today I had the eyebrow tinting done by May Lee but will be back for micro blading with her in a couple weeks when my tinting fades. The place is located conveniently it's classy , clean and has a nice spa ambiance. I would suggest always calling ahead or making an appointment online because they are very popular and it's unlikely you will be seen on the spot if you walk in. All in all I love my lashes with them and they have me hooked !!!
