• The true test of a really great company is how they respond when things go awry. I came in for a tint with Amanda on Tuesday of this week. My color has always been perfect and she is a consummate professional. My haircuts for the last two months however have been problematic. Amanda must have realized how upset I was and jumped into action. She arranged for someone to help "fix" my cut and rearranged schedules. Everyone on the JR team really went above above and beyond to ensure I was happy. This is why I've been a customer for so many years. Thanks Jet Rhys. Deb Shultz
