• I was very happy with my trip to Jessica Jones Salon. It had been months since I had a haircut because the last cut I had (at a different salon) was very uneven, and I was allowing it to grow. I also recently had surgery on my ear that made areas of my head very tender. Stephanie was very gentle, and checked how I was doing along the way. She also cut my hair the way I asked her to, and even asked if I wanted her to use thinning shears. In the past stylists have used thinning shears without asking me, and I sometimes forget to mention ahead of time that I prefer not to have my hair thinned out. Overall, I was very happy with my cut, and would definitely recommend Stephanie!

• My daughter had damaged her natural blonde hair with multiple box dyes and her hair was upsetting to her Friday night. I thought no possible way any good salon would take her without an appointment especially since it required so much time. I didn't even think it could be repaired in one session anyways. We walked in and Jessica was so understanding and made time, 4 hours of it and took care of her while I had to leave during the process. When I returned, they were blow drying my daughter's hair and I was surprised how healthy and how much dye they lifted and still gave her an all around beautiful caramel color with light highlights. It was worth every penny and we will be back in 2-3 weeks and do another process and I am confident they are miracle workers and will bring her natural blonde back. The salon felt like a very family-oriented environment and I love how the owner interacts by talking about her family and her customer's too. One stylist had to get her baby and finished work while holding her baby. I love business owners who care about their employeees and family needs.

• Carol Ann is a wonderful stylist. I am super picky with my hair and she always does an amazing job. She always listens to what I want and never fails to please. If you are looking for a great stylist, Carol Ann is an excellent choice and Jessica Jones Salon is the place for you.
