• It was great. The room was a little too warm for me but I returned two days later and the temperature of the room was blessedly perfect. I’m 53 and don’t like to practise in a warm room for obvious reasons. I get too thirsty and uncomfortable.

• East to get to location. Teacher was amazing 🤩 Plenty of space. I recommend a plant of 2 in the studio to make it less white and more natural feeling. I love the Om on the wall xx
