Everyone--from Lil at the front desk to Denise at hair-washing to the gals that sweep the floor--are super friendly and conscientious. But the main reason for the rating is Judi Falcone who does an excellent job coloring, cutting, and shaping my hair. She is talented and professional and also very pleasant. Judi is the best!
