10/10 -- I've been coming to Javan for about two years now for B12 + Botox injections with Margaryta. She's the best injector I've seen (I dappled a few other places before finding her). All the staff are wonderful, friendly and honest -- Again, 10/10.

This is without a doubt the best place in DC. I have been to numerous places around the area and have not had an experience remotely close to this one. They make you feel so comfortable and are there to help AND listen.

I highly recommend Michelle - she has walked me through every step of the process and that alone has helped immensely. She is also extremely talented and knows the best products to use.

Javan is amazing! Especially Ksenia :) she made me feel so comfortable with my laser treatment. She walked me through each step of the process so I would understand what was happening and made each session pain free! I have referred over 4 people to her and they have had incredible experiences too. I'll be starting microneedling with her in October and look forward to continue working with her amazing skill set and customer service skills!

It took me a long time to be willing to try out "anti-aging" services. I had a lot of judgments about what these services are and was being hard on myself for not accepting the reality of aging. However, after receiving the services, I learned about how Javan's services are not just a, Band-Aid to mask aging. These services actually help to rejuvenate and improve the health of your skin and body.

Margaryta is absolutely the best!! She takes time to explain everything to you and her consultations are very informative. I highly highly recommend this business!!!

I had a fantastic treatment provided by Lydia to remove submental fullness. Firstly, I went in for filler to further develop my jawline and general volume loss due to minor ageing. Lydia was fantastic and told me straight away that my submental fullness was the core issue, and filler would only add extra weight to the area.

I was reticent to take Lydia's advice because I had received a treatment of Kybella in Los Angeles, and, despite a lot of swelling, did not see noticeable results. Lydia advised I try a slightly more cutting edge product, which was still lipodissolve, but which would save me money and potentially have greater results. What's not to love about that?

I will say the treatment is painful, but Lydia provided me with numbing cream, tylenol, ice packs (and even water and a couple chocolates). I spaced the treatment into two doses, which I think helped.

The results:
Wow, wow, wow!!! The result from the first treatment (equivalent to 1 vial) was immediately noticeable. I could not believe 1 vial could have such a dramatic impact. I was excited to go back for my second dose (equivalent to 3 vials). I am now on day 10 after my second dose, and wow, wow, wow, I am seeing the results already and the area will continue to metabolize and breakdown fat for several weeks.

Overall:
I not only highly recommend this treatment, I also highly recommend seeing Lydia. She will tell you exactly what you need, has the nicest bedside manner, is clearly very intelligent, cares about her clients' achieving their results, and use a really special trick to help my 'kybella' treatment. I won't share that special surprise here, but I will say there is a trick to sculpting under the jawline and Lydia knows her stuff.

I am so happy with the results already, and am excited to keep trying other treatments at Javan! I highly recommend this really amazing medspa!

I still love Anar and will go back to her. My skin has never looked better than when she handled it. I'll follow her anywhere.

I did get another facial from someone else and botox... the botox wasn't great. Something was off and it only lasted 1.5 months. In the past, it's lasted 3-5 for me. Also the injector unsolicited told me I should fill my lips which made me self conscious. I'm fine with suggestions for skincare and she and I talked about potential chin filler, but I didn't appreciate the lips comment. Faces are so personal and it made me a tad uncomfortable!

Ultimately, still 5/5 Anar's facials, but I wouldn't come here for botox.
