The only thing for me personally is the room temperature, I was hoping it would be warmer. I found the room still cold for me and I had to wear a jacket to practice.
I really enjoyed the class with Courtney. I left feeling relaxed with a clear mind.
I enjoyed the class very much and will be coming back for more classes
