Caring owners; fabulous instructors; yoga centred and not 'aerobic yoga'. Space is tranquil, clean and tidy. No show-boating. Just a relaxing place to connect with myself in the midst of like-minded people.
I loved the class. Room was a bit chilly so I wasn't able to relax as much as I'd like. I will bring a blanket next time. Thanks, Prem. You have to loveliest voice.
