The yoga is authentic taught by good instructors. The space has infrared heat. This studio is creating a community of like minded people.

Jai and Prem make the whole studio feel like home. The instructors are great, the classes are fantastic, the community that is being created by them is lovely! Not to mention a personally written and endorsed birthday card on my birthday! I look forward to my time in the studio and chatting with the instructors and the owners each day. As a bonus comment, my physio therapist is very impressed with what the studio and the teachings have done for me. So thank you Jai Yoga! For everything you do for all those that belong.
