The vibe is incredible. The teacher Emily was knowledgeable and the sequence and theme were thoughtful and carried through the whole practice. The space wasn't crowded and was a good temperature. The check in process is easy and a good use of technology. Staff was friendly. I couldn't say enough good things about my experience, best yoga studio in the capital region I've visited so far!

It was a great class. I like that you embrace the music and chanting. Very nice and safe environment. My only slight thing is that more assists might help people center in good alignment or have arms in the right positions, etc. Hard with a big class to know who to assist when. This is such a small point, but just something I noticed.
