It was my first class and the last at the front introduced herself and unprompted gave me a tour and explained how everything worked and where everything was. Then the instructor came up to me and introduced herself and talked me through what the class would look like and asked if I had any questions. I really felt welcomed and the nervousness I had disappeared because of them. Then finally the class itself was really well done and I felt genuinely relaxed and positive at the end.
