Why would I say anything less. Always a nice class and so many levels. Emily had a well thought out intermediate class that was perfect for me, getting back in line with a regular practice, and winter is so perfect for hot yoga! Enjoyed it!Haven't been in a while but was certainly a regular and studio a few years ago. Will purchase a new membership soon

The class was extremely calming and helpful for stress management. It was nice to have gentle stretching and go at your own pace. The lavender at the end was a wonderful conclusion as well! Thank you Jenn!
