I have enjoyed all of the classes I've taken at Jai. The instructors are fun, enthusiastic, and upbeat. I feel like I get in a good workout when I go.

I have recommended Jai to friends already. The instructor i go to is fantastic (Kristy), the class is challenging, and the building is comfortable. Also, it is easy to get to, and there is plenty of parking.
