Once again, Jai has shown us something new. Each instructor has a unique way of teaching class. I generally take the gentle classes, but they couldn't be more different from one teacher to the next. Cheryl has shown us the power of singing bowls as well as other musical instruments to show reverence and calm. She is so energetic and knowledgeable, you can't help but enjoy her classes. We move from one pose to the next with ease. Do yourself a favor and sign up for one of Cheryl's classes.
