A welcoming and special place to help others grow into their best selves. Teacher Allison is extremely knowledgeable as a yoga teacher. It's a welcoming place that truly encourages students to take care of themselves and not overdo it. I'm excited to be taking Kundalini teacher training and blown away by how interesting learning about the subtle body energy systems is.
