JAI is my happy place... I love everything about it. The owner, Meg, is amazing and the space they have created is lovely. JAI offers all levels of classes in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Wherever you are in your practice, there is a place for you here.

There is such a variety in the teachers here depending on what you’re looking for! Also the space is aligned with the foundational aspects of devotional yoga!
