Space was inviting, loved the windows with natural lighting. Staff at check in was super nice and helpful. Instructor did a great job guiding us, moved around the room so we could see her as we moved around our mat, and provided gentle correction (reminding all of us to have a bent knee when mine was the only straight one in the room). Felt inclusive for different bodies and flexibilities, props were part of the class and options were given on how to advance poses for more advanced yogis. Also, I enjoyed the grounding practice at the beginning of the class. Other classes hold space to set an intention but I loved the energy work to start and end with

Best yoga studio in the capital region hands down . The teachers are top notch and I appreciate that it doesn't feel like the point of the class is to work out but rather to connect spiritually
