Wonderful community class taught by Jackie Giffune--super welcoming environment, beautiful space, and a class that was perfectly paced / includes plenty of modification options for my mobility issues.

The paddleboard yoga class was fantastic! It is quite pricey, so I'm not sure that I would do it again anytime soon. But I would absolutely love to participate again someday.

Wonderful evening at paddleboard yoga. Haven't used a paddleboard before & Vivian was great at teaching us the basics, getting comfortable on the board, & surprised myself how many poses I could do on the board.
