Kayla is absolutely amazing! I've taken a lot of yoga classes and she is the total experience! Very spiritual, guides you through the entire class and moves around alot to allow everyone to see her postures. Her energy is impressive and contagious and every class is different. I look forward to every class with Kayla and wishes she taught more!
