Super friendly and professional teacher. Great space. Awesome weekly tryout rate. Really solid class. Not much of a cool down before shavasana, but understandable since it’s an hour class. Otherwise 10s across the board.

I am so happy to have found Jai and to be able to get there 3x a week, sometimes more, sometimes with my teen daughter. There is definitely something for everyone and all of the teachers are so supportive! I always leave class feeling relaxed and grateful!
