I loved Cheryl’s class. She’s an amazing teacher. Sadly, I usually work Fridays so I won’t be able to go to her class regularly. I wish there were more options for Slow Flow classes.

I lead such a fast-paced life day in and day out with my job and I am always race training. I found this class, the instructor (was awesome) really made me take a step back and think about taking a moment to exhale, disconnect from the world. I always love your classes, they are the best!!
