Terrible customer service and unprofessional. I called several days ago to schedule a massage for Saturday at 10 am and was confirmed for that time. I arrived at 9:55 am the doors were locked and the sign reads Opens at 10 am. I proceeded to wait until 10:05 and then I finally called the number which is a cellular number. A woman answered and she told me she's on her way but has to pick someone up along the way. Ah? Are you kidding me? I made this appt 2 days ago and you open at 10 am but you're not here plus you have to pick someone up along the way??? When I told her I'd wait if she would discount my service she told me to leave! What service Never again- go to Rose Garden Spa on Palm Beach Lakes - Same concept, professional and great customer service not to mention a better cost. Plus jade spa has stalls no privacy You hear moaning and groaning next to you in the next stall! Very distracting and not relaxing.

Definitely one of the worst spas I have ever been to. First of all, the name on the signage did not match the name of the spa.

The masseuse stopped several times to go answer the phone and greet people who came in. At one point she asked someone else to take over my massage. Then she and another masseuse were talking (for at least ten minutes of my time). Not relaxing or professional.

Do not recommend it....nor would I return. They need to get their act together.

Made an appointment a week ago. First time the lady called me telling me she couldn't honor the time because she had overbooked but then I got confused because the date was wrong anyway. I confirmed with her twice on the phone I'd see her Friday 6/19 at 1:30. I show up at 1:20 and nobody there. Doors locked. Phone rings and voicemail isn't set up. Cell phone listed on the door was off and voicemail was also not set up. What a waste of my time.

I came here with my room mate for the holiday special we purchased on Groupon. The holiday special price was incredibly inexpensive. The establishment is clean, the owners are very hospitable, kind, and the massage was superb! The deep tissue massage was amazing and I would have paid twice the price. I will without a doubt be back regularly!!!

Purchased a Groupon, made an appointment for 3 facials and was told that they don't do 3 at once but they could do 2 while one person waits in the waiting room. Everything was fine until we showed up and the owner was behind the front desk, had an attitude right off the bat and told me I didn't have an appointment and that they wouldn't do 3 peoples facials at once. Tried reasoning with her and explaining what happened and what I had been told on the phone and while I was talking she pointed a finger in my face and told me to "be quiet" needless to say, I returned the Groupon and did not get a facial. Will not be going back.

I was disappointed by my deep tissue massage with Linda. She never asked me what I preferred or where she should avoid before she started. The massage did not at all seem private because you can hear everything going on in the room outside which was separated only by a curtain. She talked to another woman in Chinese while doing my massage and it appeared to me that the other woman also came into my curtained space. I walked out with bruises on my back that after 3 days still hurt. I'm not new to massage. This was ridiculously horrible. I will not go back.

It's an open room with little privacy. I got a 90min. They were very nice, but English was a struggle. Also, I have my doubts the person who helped me was certified. The technique was random, and there was little symmetry between the work they did on each side of the body. I would have appreciated it if they would talk to me before and ask what I would like worked on.

This is a no messing around great place for a deep, work out all the kinks, kind of massage. Authentic Chinese massage here. If you're looking for someone to just rub your skin and put you on a kushy heated table, this might not be the place for you. If you need a good work through this is definitely the place!

This experience was amazing! I went in for a 60 min deep tissue massage & I left feeling so good & refreshed. I had Bobo, her hands were so strong & it felt soooo good. She listened to me when I said certain places should have less pressure, etc. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs to unwind & relax. Would come back!
