• I love jabz! The only issue I have is with trainer changes that aren't reflected in the app prior to class. There are trainers I choose not to ever take class from so those changes made prior to are very important to me.

• Workout was fun and challenging but not so hard that it was inaccessible or made me feel defeated. The trainers were super helpful and encouraging and so were the other women. And your classes are really affordable! I have also been really interested in boxing style classes but am put off by co-Ed classes.
