• I love how personable the staff our and how much they motivate you. I have already invited 2 friends to join. I love that it's all women. I feel comfortable there. For the first time in a long time I feel like I am going to reach my body goals. Whoever came up with this concept is a genius!!!!!!!! I love it and I'll be back.

• I loved my first class! Ashley explained/demoed the exercises clearly & Erin was super sweet & encouraging. Class was tough, but the fast pace made it fly by. Facilities were extremely clean and COVID protocols made me feel safe. Thanks, Jabz!
