• Instructors were extremely attentive , never did I feel intimated except on one exercise but that was my doing? Place was well kept and everyone was friendly. It's hard walking into a new place especially at my age. The circuit was excellent and it moved so quickly. I felt I got a great workout.

• The staff was so friendly and helpful. I had trouble remembering all of the exercises and where to go but they didn't make me feel stupid about it. This was my first group fitness class so I was worried about that!
