• My favorite place to work out. No men, new challenges almost daily, no judgment, and trainers who seem to genuinely care about getting me the best work out that I'm capable of.

• I have knee problems and Sarah modified the workouts. She was patient with me and made sure I stayed motivated. The other students in the class were also very nice and helpful. I've already started telling friends and family to sign up.
