• the coaches , atmosphere , the girls (of all ages ) . Are absolutely A M A Z I N G ! everyone cheers everyone , you get in and get it done in 50 minutes which feel like less than 50 minutes . And not to mention the weight you lose the muscle you gain ! and the confidence you !! Thank you Jabz for the amazing work you girls done !
