I loved the environment, the good/happy vibes with the ladies, the Instructors were fantastic , and the actual workouts itself were great very simple organized , and paced . I got a lot in in that amount of time

Marianna was a sweetheart! She was so positive and encouraging. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and went over EVERYTHING with us before and after our visit. The atmosphere was high energy and just POSITIVE and I really liked that.
