Jabs is the best gym I have ever been to. The energy is electric, the classes are fun and the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I also started training sessions with the owner, Fortune, who has transformed my body. At 56, I have a lot if issues with knees, back and shoulders. He gives me modifications to protect those areas. But he has also found ways to strengthen those areas. I have never felt healthier or stronger than I do now since joining Jabs.
