I’ve been going to Jabs for over a year now and its the best exercise ever! The trainers are top notch and full of energy. They continuously change things up to keep the workout interesting and motivating. When there is an exercise that I can’t do because of injury, they give me an exercise that is equally as challenging. The gym is a one stop for your boxing needs. They have gloves and wraps for purchase or you can borrow gloves. But my favorite is shopping the Box Stylish brand of jackets, shirts, hats etc. So that after I leave the gym to run errands, I feel put together and don’t have to go home and change.
