Jabs gym is the most fun I have ever had working out ever! Boxing is fantastic cardio and great for your arms and legs as well. The trainers whether its for private training or boxing are extremely knowledgeable and really listen to their clients. I have issues with knees and shoulders and they have worked around those issues to get my body into the best shape it has ever been. And that is saying something considering I’m 57. I look forward to working out every day.
