The workout is the perfect balance of challenging and fun! The coaches push the class and I love that! Everyone at Jabs is welcoming, inclusive, and so supportive. From the minute you walk in you are welcomed and treated like a part of something bigger than myself, like a family. And as a family you feel this expectation to perform/contribute to that vibe with all you have. The workouts are the toughest and most rewarding I have ever been through but it is also that expectation to give all you have that make jabs the absolute best!!!
