Great instructor, but the sound system was not very good for a high-end gym. Good music choices tho.

Love the trainers and the workouts. So much better than going to gym. All the trainers are super encouraging and make u get threw the challenges of the extreme Workouts. They make you feel like a champion. All the hard work you put in in class almost like training for a match. Love Jabs. Thanks for keeping me strong and fit.
