• Well, the ambiance is nearly perfect from the moment you walk in to the moment that you walk out. Check in was easy and my massage therapist was soft spoken and kind. She clearly knew what she was doing and did her job expertly to the point that I fell asleep briefly from the amount of tension she released within me. She offered me water and a stay in the relaxation room. I received the little cookies and a warmer for my neck. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the way the relaxation room currently looked. Last time I was there, it was nicely colored and there were drapes around the couches and pillows I believe. It could've been do to covid or something else, but I'm not sure. It was also a little noisy outside the entrance to the room. Footsteps rung heavily and took away from the zen feeling you're supposed to get in the room. I don't know if closing the door would help, or doing something with the floorboards but just something to take away the unwanted noise would be nice. Aside from that, J. Madison has a great score with me. I'll return and won't be afraid to tell others.
