• I'm not from this area. I don't like the policy of taking a 5.00 deposit on appointments. Never, ever heard of such a thing at an upscale salon. Also, I'm used to lovely personalities at the front desk of salons I frequent in Lancaster, where my home is, and here, I feel they are a bit rough and gruff. Not pleasant over the phone. Seem aggravated by questions. However, I love the girls that have done the services for me. Very sweet, competent, and professional...That's why I gave a 9.
