• Because the birthday girl never lets anyone touch her feet. My mother had a waterless reflexology mani at your spa and absolutely loved it. She preferred it to the typical water treatment actually. She like the attentiveness of the associate who didn't talk much (as my mother is an extreme introvert),; yet was still pleasant. Not to mention, she was surprised, yet thrilled at the birthday serenade. Thank you for making her feel special and adding some sunshine to her day!!! The family will be back! P.S. - - Our family loved how you welcomed us to stay and keep our mom/grandmama company, plus the tea was the BOMB!
