• I had no idea of what to expect when I booked a duo massage for my sister and I. We were greeted as soon as we arrived, provided the highest level of customer service and care during our stay, and treated to the most relaxing spa services (60-min massage and 30-minute guided meditation in our private volcanic rock therapy room). Bobbi and Michael were incredibly professional and well coordinated, and despite having a duo massage, each of ours were very much personalized to our needs. The facility itself was clean and well designed, and every interaction we had with the staff before/during/after treatment was pleasant and positive. We both travelled a distance to visit Mosaic Suites and IwaSpa, and we will absolutely be doing it again!
