• We visited Iwa spa as a group of 8 for a Bachelorette weekend party. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. All of the services were great. Definitely recommend the yoga class in the gan-ban room, very relaxing and the hot rocks were amazing! We were offered tea, water, and chocolates once we were done and were just waiting for the rest of the group. The spa itself was also very clean and comfortable. And most importantly, the bride left the feeling very relaxed and happy with everything! A special thanks to Carissa, who helped me organize all of the services for the 8 of us. She was very quick to reply to my emails and was able to accommodate our entire group very well! Thanks!
