• I went to a class on Saturday November 4 and I was very pleased . The studio was clean and the instructor did a great job teaching and providing support.I also enjoy receiving a "token" after class . The studio provides a rock which was very sentimental and cute.I can't wait to take some more classes

• I spent 4 hours at IWA Spa yesterday and it was the most relaxing day that I can remember! The staff are amazing! It was very busy butall 3 of my appointments started on time. Very impressive! I willdefinitely be going back to try out some of the services I didn’t get a chance to.
