• My daughter and I enjoyed our visit to the spa . Everyone was wonderful to us. We had a massage then a pedicure. We felt very spoiled. We plan on coming back very soon For yoga and another massage! Everyone was very friendly and out going ! It was a great vibe. We left happy and relaxed Laura

• All the staff are super friendly which creates the relaxing atmosphere. The staff take the extra time to make sure you are pampered. If you haven't had afacial at IWA - you need to. They sit you in an oversized lazy-boy chair which heats up and massages. A fuzzy blanket is put over you while you have thebest facial ever! The products they used were amazing and my skin has never felt so good. I will be back!

• It was a very relaxing massage. I was able to choose from a variety of different aromatherapy lotions for my treatment. The tea and chocolate at the end was a nice treat.

• My friend and I enjoyed our Facials. The first thing we liked was the change room and lockers to input our own lock code. The waiting area is friendly, bright and offers free tea. The massage chairs recline and I believe I might fave fallen asleep during the facial - that's how comfortable these chairs are. I loved the facial, the smell of the products was very appealing and Brenna did an outstanding job. An experience to remember!

• Staff was terrific and very knowledgeable. Very friendly and warm atmosphere. Pricey but still enjoyed it. Do not recommend the gan ban room to anyone with mobility issues or trouble getting up and down from floor height.
