• My husband and I had 2 massage therapists who were fantastic. We arrived late for our appointment, rushing and stressed, and our therapists put us both immediately at ease and, although our treatment had to be shorter due to our lateness, we left feeling like we'd enjoyed a full hour. We then went into the Gang Ban (sp?) room which was a beautiful space. All the staff were welcoming, respectful, helpful and friendly. We'll be back and will recommend Iwa to others!

• The front Desk staff were very welcoming so we felt at ease right away, the RMT's were very professional and the massages were very therapeutic. The facility was clean and quaint.
