• I really needed a deep stretch in my lower back, quads, and glutes. The heat from the stone really permeates deep into the tissue to help get the best results. The instructor hold the stretch just long enough so that with each breath you can feel the pain start to diminish.

• The facility is really clean, friendly, welcoming staff, I didn't feel rushed at all and very comfortable. My RMT was professional and paid extra special attention to some nagging areas, checking in on how I was doing/feeling, and gave me recommendations for maintenance moving forward.
