• When I tried to call to cancel an appointment they wanted me to pay full price for a service I didn't receive. And I was never informed of the cancelation policy. I understand there should be a cancelations fee but not the full price. But in the end it worked out.

• The Gan Ban Volcanic Rock Therapy was wonderful. I highly recommend it! However, what made this visit memorable was Charlene’s amazing customer service. When my friend and I were getting ready to leave, her locker jammed. Charlene was quick to take care of the problem and treated us to some tea & chocolate while we waited in the lounge. Thank you Charlene!
