• The spa was very professional and helpful. We were there as a large group, and the spa was great at making sure we were all taken care of and had a great experience. My appointment was very relaxing and enjoyable. One of the members of our group also made a last minute request to change her appointment since she really would benefit from a massage and the staff were very flexible with helping make that change for her, given that she was in pain from a sore neck. Great experience and would definitely recommend them!

• Staff was friendly. I liked the step by step guidance and escorts to and from areas. Loved the volcanic rock room. The tea and chocolate is a nice touch. Services were done well.

• We were a large group visiting the spa for a bachelorette weekend, from the moment we entered the spa we were all made to feel very welcomed. Every spa employee we spoke with was lovely. Whenever I make a trip back to Collingwood I will be sure to visit iwa spa again.
