• a number of reasons: 1. your front end lady when I called was very knowledgeable and able to help immensely 2. When we got there the atmosphere was calm and peaceful and the ladies at the front put us to ease very quickly. So professional. 3. PAM...Wow, I would love to bottle her up and take her with me. Her demeanor and her massage was WOW! 4. The pampering of the chocolates and the peaceful room, the lay out the extreme cleanliness the the overall flow from going room to room was well thought out and seamless. The extras like the robes is an extremely nice touch 5. The Volcanic room, I would go back often just for that if I could. There is not one thing that I saw or felt that would change my mind from a 10. Well done!

• The staff were friendly, effecient and informative. The location was clean and had sanitization procedures in place. The atmosphere was also relaxing and enjoyable environment. The staff providing treatments were professional, friendly and provided great relaxation massage. The store had many quality products to choose from.
