• The best experience I've had being stuck. Out of the hundreds of times I've been stuck I've only had a few pleasant experiences. This was one of those times. My phlebotomist was very kind and put my anxiety at ease. They listened to my concerns about past experiences other places and put those concerns at ease. Everyone checked on me throughout my drip and was very kind. I left feeling refreshed and amazing. For the first time ever I didn't even bruise! I wish I could take yalls phlebotomists anywhere when I need to be stuck.

• Though the nurse was having trouble finding my vein, he explained what was going on and we worked together to get it done. He gave me a stress ball to pump up my veins and then I was able to enjoy my massage chair and get refreshed.
