• Always a great experience. Only thing we could think to improve this time was the gentleman that inserted the needle did it at a bad angle. Ordinarily I would say it just happens every once in a while, but it happened to both my wife and I. Not that big of a deal but was the only thing that would make it go from a 9-10. You guys always rock
