Great place! One thing to improve, at least re this Wednesday's Yin class: it was very difficult to understand the instructor...generally the music has been good since coming back and the microphone for the instructor is a great addition...but on Wednesday the music was somewhat too loud (at least relative to the microphone) and there was some distortion early on (sounds like it is a poorly recorded or poorly reproduced tape or the speakers are overwhelmed). Better enunciation would also help.
Ita and all teachers make you feel very comfortable adapting your practice relative to how your own body feels and moves.
