The instructor had a wonderful way ofexpressing herself and I liked the routine and the environment. So calm and serene. I'm used to an instructor that models poses at least some of the time, as a visual, and that would have been a nice addition for me. Otherwise I thought it was great.

Ita as the Yoga instructor is great. The class was challenging but not over the top. It was just right.
